Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative Lead to manage cleaning operations and direct custodial staff. The role includes supervising daily tasks, operating motorized equipment, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The CSR Lead will work the night shift (10:00pm - 6:30am, Thu-Mon) and earn a pay rate of $17-$18 per hour. The position emphasizes training, scheduling support, and adherence to SBM's equal opportunity policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1–2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification and possibly forklift certification.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and safety manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily tasks per schedule.
• Provide direction to custodians and assist scheduling/training.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and monitor supplies.
• Inspect quality, safety, and service; report incidents to supervisor.
• Maintain inventory and assist in purchasing cleaning supplies.
