Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Custodial Foreperson to oversee cleaning operations and direct custodial staff in the assigned areas during the Sunday–Thursday 5:30pm–2:00am shift.

The role emphasizes maintaining cleanliness, safety, and sanitation, with responsibilities including scheduling, training, and equipment management. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2–5 years of related experience, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and possibly forklift

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years related custodial experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• Safety and task training certification may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform janitorial duties and operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians.
• Schedule, train staff and monitor PPE usage.
• Order, track and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Conduct safety inspections and report incidents to supervisor.
• Assist in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
