Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Custodial Lead to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and provide guidance to custodial staff. The role includes supervising daily duties and ensuring safety standards are met.

The Custodial Lead will schedule and train staff, operate cleaning equipment, and monitor inventory while reporting incidents and PPE compliance. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–10:00 PM with hourly pay of $19.00–$20.00.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED required. At least 1-year related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification. May be required to have a valid driver's license.
• May be required to be forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties in assigned areas.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain equipment inventory.
• Schedule cleanup and repairs, monitor supplies and safety inspections.
• Report incidents, PPE issues, and employee/customer concerns to supervisor.
