Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Radiology CT Technician to join the CT team in Ohio for night shifts on a 5x12hr schedule. You will perform CT scans, assist with biopsies and CT-guided procedures, and coordinate patient flow for exams.

Strong anatomy knowledge and ARRT CT credential are required, with Ohio licensure. The role emphasizes patient education, safety, and collaboration with nurses and physicians in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program and ARRT registered.
• Hold or obtain ARRT CT credential within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH) required.
• AHA BLS certification or credential within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans with high image quality and patient safety.
• Assist with CT-guided biopsies, drain placements and tumor ablations.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatient and outpatient CT exams.
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment and examination processes.
• Communicate effectively with radiology team and other care staff.
