Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Radiology Department in Ohio. You will produce quality CT images, assist with CT-guided procedures, and support patient scheduling and education.

The role requires ARRT registration and a valid Ohio Radiographer license, with training provided as needed. Night shifts, a dedicated CT team, and a sign-on bonus for external applicants are part of the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the standard probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Schedule and coordinate care for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examinations to maintain understanding and comfort.
