Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum of two years radiology, CT, or XR experience required.
• ARRT CT certification required within one year of hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT and XR imaging procedures according to department standards.
• Meets age-specific competency standards.
• Produces examinations that meet image quality standards.
• Submits images for physician interpretation.
• Verifies accuracy of patient demographics and clinical information.
• Verifies all data entry components are complete before end of shift.
• Adheres to radiation safety procedures per program.
• Collaborates with nurses and physicians for optimal patient flow.
