Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Radiology department in Needham is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with CT specialization. You will perform CT exams, assist in X-ray as needed, and ensure adherence to imaging protocols and patient safety. Strong teamwork and communication with physicians and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• MA Radiologic Technologist license and CT registration required.
• ARRT in Radiography
• Experience with PACS and CR technology and minimum 1 year in CT.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follows departmental guidelines and protocols in diagnostic radiology and CT.
• Performs CT exams and may float to X-ray as needed.
• Maintains accurate records of examinations and documents study data.
• Performs quality control on imaging equipment according to standard procedures.
• Communicates with Radiologist and patients, providing education and ensuring safety.
