Job summary

H&S Energy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations, handling cashiering, maintaining presentation, and ensuring food and beverage quality while fostering a safe, welcoming environment for all customers.

The CSR serves as the face of H&S Energy, delivering friendly interactions, product knowledge, and efficient service to guests. This role requires strong communication and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment.
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate service at checkout while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Operate the POS system for cash, credit, and debit transactions and ensure correct change.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized displays and signage.
• Prepare and maintain self-serve food/beverage stations and follow safety guidelines.
