Job summary

Resurrection Medical Center in Illinois is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) for a temporary night contract. The role is full-time nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 36 hours weekly, with rotating weekends.

The position requires NBRC CRT, active RCP license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, 2 years acute care experience, and a preferred BS. Compensation is $50 per hour with additional shift differentials and a fast hiring process.

Qualifications

• Current State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required.
• Current NBRC Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required or obtained within specified timelines.
• 2 years of acute care experience required.
• Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the physician.
• Assist with assessment, planning, implementation, and documentation of patient care with age-specific considerations.
• May serve as Lead RCP in supervisor's absence.
