Job summary

LifeShare Network is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team as an Organ Recovery Coordinator, coordinating donor cases and ensuring organs remain viable for transplant.

The role requires 12-hour night shifts (8 PM–8 AM) with rotating weekends/holidays, statewide travel across Oklahoma, and opportunities to lead education and advanced clinical procedures in organ recovery.

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist with experience in critical care settings such as ICU or emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Rapid Response and Case Management: assess donor referrals and manage the organ recovery process.
• Expert Care and Procedure Oversight: optimize donor conditions to keep organs viable for transplant.
• Family Support and Guidance: communicate with donor families with sensitivity and clarity.
• Leadership in Education and Practice: lead educational sessions for peers and participate in advanced clinical procedures.
