This role requires an Associate's Degree in a healthcare field and at least one year in critical care. The position involves working 12-hour night shifts, and offers competitive compensation ranging from $44.20 to $49.72 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in healthcare related field with a minimum of 1 year work experience in a critical care setting.
• Bachelor's prepared critical care nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the medical management of deceased organ donors.
• Obtain and document authorization for organ and tissue donation.
• Work 12 hour night shift (7PM-7AM).
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.

Skills

Experience in critical care medicine

ICU/OR equipment proficiency

Ability to function with minimal supervision
