Job summary

LifeShare Network, Inc. is seeking a Critical Care RN – Organ Recovery to join our Tulsa-based team. You will apply ICU/ED expertise during 8 PM–8 AM shifts, travel statewide across Oklahoma, and lead donor-family support while ensuring organ viability.

Candidates must hold an Oklahoma RN license with at least 2 years of critical care experience and be prepared for weekend/holiday rotations. LifeShare emphasizes lifesaving work and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oklahoma.
• Minimum 2 years critical care experience (ICU/ED).
• Experience in high-acuity environments.
• Willing to work overnight (8 PM–8 AM), including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to referrals during night shift and assess potential organ donors.
• Optimize donor management and organ viability.
• Provide compassionate support to donor families.
• Collaborate with hospital partners to advance donation practices.
• Lead education efforts to strengthen donation culture.
• Manage the organ recovery process end-to-end with excellence and accountability.
