Qualifications

• ABG interpretation and interventions, cardiac rhythm recognition.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Review Deterioration Index (DI) and sepsis evaluations.
• Respond to codes and inpatient stroke alerts.
• Rounding on nursing units and participate in process improvement.
• Mentorship, feedback, and education to clinical teams.
