Job summary

Mercyhealth seeks a Transport Paramedic to deliver high-quality critical care during patient transport and in-hospital care. You will document thoroughly, perform advanced life support, and support safety and training initiatives across multiple Mercyhealth facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (2) years' recent ALS transport experience in a high-volume 911 system.
• National Registry certification required; state paramedic license required within 90 days.
• Licensure and continuing education requirements must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-hospital ALS care from first contact to hand-off.
• Maintain thorough patient care documentation (TraumaSoft/Epic).
• Participate in pre-call briefings and post-call debriefings; ensure equipment readiness.
