Job summary

Mercyhealth is seeking a Paramedic for Critical Care Transport to provide high-quality critical care and transport of critically ill patients. The role operates in the JC Riverside and Janesville facilities with three 12-hour night shifts and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (2) years' (minimum of 4,000 hours) recent experience in a high volume 911 system and Advanced Life Support (ALS) experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides pre-hospital advanced life support care from initial contact until patient care is relinquished to the accepting medical facility.
• Maintains thorough patient care documentation (TraumaSoft/Epic) in a timely manner.
• Assists with airway management, IV access, 12-lead ECG and basic procedures as directed.
