UNC Medical Center Hillsborough seeks a Clinical Support Technician II for its CCU. The role involves assisting the caregiver in patient care, transporting patients and equipment, room setup, and clerical tasks on the unit. Night shifts run 7:00pm–7:30am with weekend/holiday rotation.

Orientation is a week-long; join an inclusive organization with over 40,000 teammates and UNC Health benefits. Requires NC Nursing Assistant licensure and BLS; High School diploma is required.

Formación

• Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One year of clerical or customer service experience.
• Three months of nursing assistant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist physicians and health care providers with routine examinations and procedures.
• Review patient care documentation and report changes to nurse or physician.
• Perform clerical tasks, organize workload, greet visitors, and manage medical records.
• Provide clinical support including room setup, transport, and equipment logistics.
• Provide direct personal care and record vital signs and measurements.
• Reinforce patient teaching and distribute education materials.
