• Provides clinical support: transport patients, restock supplies, assist orientation of new staff, and troubleshoot basic equipment.
• Provides direct personal care per care plan: bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation, and vitals recording.
• Reinforces patient teaching and distributes education materials.
