Southeast Integrated Care is seeking a Crisis Services Dispatcher to join the BHUC team in Lumberton, NC. The role covers crisis call handling, dispatch of Mobile Crisis units, and administrative support on a rotating 12-hour schedule to sustain 24/7 Crisis Services operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Behavioral Health, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years in medical/behavioral health, emergency, or administrative support roles.

Responsibilities

• Answer crisis lines and document information from callers.
• Escalate emergencies and notify leadership of operational issues.
• Coordinate communication between BHUC, Mobile Crisis, and partners; dispatch teams.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist with scheduling and meetings.
• Support after-hours workflow and team coordination.
