Job summary

Southeastern Integrated Care Llc is seeking a Crisis Services Dispatcher to support the BHUC and mobile crisis programs in Lumberton, NC. The role covers a 12-hour rotating shift (7:00pm–7:00am) with primary responsibility for crisis call handling and dispatch operations.

Collaborating with licensed clinicians and crisis leadership, you will ensure timely communication, accurate documentation, and efficient crisis response coordination while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in healthcare/admin/behavioral health or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in medical/behavioral health, emergency registration, call center, or crisis services.
• Must communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.
• Able to navigate multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

• Crisis Communications: answer lines and document information accurately.
• Escalate emergencies and notify leadership as needed.
• Coordinate bhuc census and program communication across teams.
• Participate in team meetings and after-hours workflow.
• Dispatch mobile crisis teams and complete dispatch forms promptly.
• Provide administrative support for BHUC and mobile crisis programs.
