Job summary

Recovery Innovations is hiring a Clinician II for the Crisis Care Center in Franklin County, Columbus, OH. You will develop recovery service plans and deliver recovery-oriented counseling to individuals on their recovery journey.

The position requires a Master’s in Psychology or Social Work, licensure in Behavioral Health, and state certification where applicable. Strong documentation and de-escalation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required.
• State professional certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develops a recovery service plan and uses recovery-oriented counseling.
• Orients individuals to the program and assesses needs and goals.
• Provides short- and long-term recovery-oriented counseling and education.
• Provides family education and family counseling.
• Facilitates recovery education courses.
