Recovery Innovations in Columbus, OH seeks a Clinician II to develop recovery service plans and deliver recovery-oriented counseling, engaging individuals in their personal journey toward sustained wellness.

You will assess needs, collaborate with teams, set goals, provide group or individual counseling, educate families, ensure proper documentation, and participate in ongoing professional development within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required.
• State professional certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Guest Care & Advocacy: Serves as the mental health professional for individuals until enrolled in services elsewhere; conducts thorough clinical assessments and treatment plans; assesses needs and provides support and referrals; provides short- and long-term recovery-oriented counseling and education; provides family education and counseling; facilitates recovery education courses.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Determines provisional diagnosis; documents medical necessity and submits authorizations; completes clinical documentation; completes Incident Reports; stays current with federal/state regulations and Recovery Innovations policies; adheres to Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies.
• Additional Duties: Performs other related duties as assigned.
