Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to work extended hours, weekends, and support other shifts as needed.
• Previous forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and cross-train in multiple skill level A-D positions across departments as needed.
• Provide support for at least five manufacturing processes/skills listed (e.g., Collation Operator, Roll Puller, CPP Packing, CPP Cutting, Layup).
• Support PTO/absenteeism and additional labor needs as required by the business.
