Isola is hiring a CShift CPP Packing Operator for the Chandler, AZ facility. Schedule: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Thursday - Saturday, plus every other Wednesday. Overtime and weekend work required.

The role involves inspecting, labeling, and packing pre-preg materials based on customer specifications. Ideal candidates are multitaskers who work well in fast-paced environments, with strong teamwork and the ability to work independently to complete tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Review work orders and perform material inspections according to customer specifications.
• Create labels in SAP and pack material according to customer specifications.
• Accurately transact material in and out of the SAP inventory tracking system, reporting material discrepancies when found.
• Perform other skill level "A" positions as assigned.

Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a CShift CPP Packing Operator at our Chandler, AZ facility.

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Thursday - Saturday, plus every other Wednesday (Overtime extended shift and weekend work required)

Skill Level: B

Compensation: $22 per hour

The Role: The CPP Packing Operator is responsible for inspecting, labeling, and packing pre-preg materials for shipment according to customer specifications

Top Responsibilities:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions, including entering and retrieving information.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English at a level necessary to understand work instructions, follow safety procedures, and complete job-related documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support safe, accurate, and efficient operations.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, up to twelve (12) hours per shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in inspection, packaging, manufacturing, or a related production environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• In this role, you maybe be required to stand up to 12 hours per shift and with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping. You will also need to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds.
