Job summary

Center for Justice Innovation in Brooklyn, NY, seeks a Supervising Court Liaison for the night shift to oversee Court Liaisons and the release/referral processes within the Brooklyn Supervised Release Program. Reports to the Director of Court Operations and covers court parts as needed.

Full-time, 5:00pm–1:00am, Monday–Friday with rotating nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $56,500 to $77,800 based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in a criminal court setting and/or human services preferred.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of court personnel in a high-pressure environment.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
• Excellent organizational and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to Court Liaisons and Senior Court Liaisons.
• Collaborate with Court Operations management to hold regular team meetings.
• Assist the Director of Court Operations with judicial engagements and trainings.
• Coordinate with ATI staff, providing cross-training and cross-program fluency.
• Assist with court liaison schedules and department policies and procedures.
• Provide program orientation and ensure participants are connected with case managers.
