Job summary

Center for Justice Innovation in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Supervising Court Liaison for the night shift to lead Court Liaison staff and ensure timely releases into the Supervised Release Program. You will supervise a team, coordinate with Court Operations, and report updates to judges, attorneys, and ADAs.

This is a full-time role with evenings and weekend coverage. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and two years in a criminal court or related field; supervisory experience preferred;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in a criminal court setting or human services preferred.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to a team of Court Liaisons and Senior Court Liaisons.
• Collaborate with Court Operations management for regular team meetings.
• Assist the Director of Court Operations with judicial engagements and trainings.
• Collaborate with ATI staff and cross-train across programs.
• Develop court liaison schedules and implement department policies.
• Support ongoing professional development of Court Liaisons.
• Provide program orientation to participants released under supervision.
• Ensure participants in pretrial supervision are connected with a case manager.
• Provide updates to the court and other staff; comply reporting.
