Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Cookie Crew member in Daytona Beach, FL. This role places you at the front of the store, greeting guests, taking orders, baking warm cookies, and ensuring every order is accurate and ready on time.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred).
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
• Customer service focus with a desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and math skills.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders according to procedure.
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and confirm orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve a scoop of ice cream.
• Package and deliver fast, warm, correct orders.
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages.
