Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Cookie Crew Member to join our fast-paced bakery team. You’ll welcome guests, bake and package warm cookies, and ensure accurate in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.

Shifts are evening, late-night, and weekends, with opportunities for growth into leadership roles. Competitive hourly pay, early wage access, flexible scheduling, and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe during every shift.
• Support the team by restocking, helping teammates, or keeping the line moving.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, in partnership with the Shift Leader.
