Job summary

The role focuses on safety, quality, and the ability to troubleshoot and adjust machinery to keep production on track. You will assist with optimizing equipment, perform gauge-based speed adjustments, and participate in preventive maintenance while maintaining a clean, safe workspace under the Sealed Air Safety Program.

Qualifications

• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE consistently.
• Able to work in a production environment with ongoing quality checks.
• Willingness to assist lead Operator with troubleshooting and equipment adjustments.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail for gauge and speed-related adjustments.
• Reliability to complete preventive maintenance and other assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Aid the lead Operator in optimizing the machinery and troubleshooting to support stable production.
• Maintain quality by continually adjusting gauges that control machine speed.
• Complete preventive maintenance to help keep equipment running reliably.
• Perform general housekeeping of the area to support a clean, safe workspace.
• Follow the Sealed Air Safety Program closely while wearing required PPE and assisting with line operations.
