Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Processing experience preferred or related job aptitude (e.g. ability to troubleshoot and follow instructions).
• Able to read and follow standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs and meets the requirements of all previous skill sets.
• Operates and prepares the work center for operation with proper documentation.
• Recognizes conductivity range limits (if applicable).
• Operates powered equipment such as a walker stacker or tow motor (if required).
• Performs preventive maintenance and check-offs on assigned work centers.
• Uses work center equipment properly (Barrels, Fixtures, Racks & Clamps).
• Can use PLC and remotes for assigned work centers.
• Performs troubleshooting to re-run and fix rejected parts.
• Performs process quality inspections.
• Trains others to follow standard work and utilizes basic computer programs.
