Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation in Kentucky is seeking a Shift C Night Maintenance Technician (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) to install, repair, and maintain complex machinery that supports safety, quality and productivity.

You will troubleshoot facilities and production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and implement improvements while documenting repairs in the SAP CMMS and ensuring compliance with Safety, Food Safety and ISO guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a general maintenance background with primary strength in electrical.
• Proven experience troubleshooting industrial control systems (AC/DC motors, drives, and PLCs).
• Skilled in reading hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and ladder logic/control diagrams.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, and possible off-shift.
• Experience with SAP CMMS and shift reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair facilities and production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce unscheduled downtime.
• Install and commission new equipment and ensure it performs to required specs.
• Develop, recommend, and implement improvements to facilities and equipment to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Repair or upgrade existing machine components to maintain parts availability.
• Document activities on repairs, preventive maintenance, parts requests, and project work in the CMMS and shift reports.
• Follow Safety, Food Safety and Quality guidelines daily.
