Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services is seeking a Construction Superintendent III for the night shift in New Florence, MO. You will lead complex trade scopes and crews, ensuring work aligns with scope, safety, quality, and schedule.

You will mentor junior field leaders, coordinate resources, manage field logistics, and support planning with the Lead Superintendent. This role emphasizes safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement, with Procore and modern project controls used on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 2-8 years as a superintendent on construction projects.
• OSHA 30-hour certified; union engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead trade contractors and self-performed crews to meet scope, safety, quality and schedule.
• Develop and communicate detailed work plans for assigned scopes.
• Maintain field records, safety documentation and production reports.
• Plan site logistics, access, materials flow and sequencing.
• Mentor junior field leaders and coordinate with the Lead Superintendent.
