Next 150 Construction Services is seeking a Night Shift Construction Superintendent for our New Florence, MO project. You will lead night crews and trade contractors, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and coordinate with the Lead Superintendent on site logistics and sequencing.

The role emphasizes mentoring junior field leaders, workforce coordination, and ongoing focus on field technology, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• OSHA 30 hour certification.
• 2–8 years of experience in a superintendent role on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates trades and field activities to meet scope, schedule, and quality while ensuring safety.
• Develops, documents, and communicates detailed work plans for assigned scopes and ensures compliance with plans and directives.
• Ensures permits, inspections, and compliance documentation are in place for assigned work areas.
• Acts as the primary Next 150 safety representative for assigned scopes and enforces safety policies.
• Oversees quality control for assigned trades and conducts inspections; implements corrective actions.
• Maintains accurate daily field reports, safety documentation, and production records (e.g., Procore).
• Plans and manages site logistics, including access, material flow, and sequencing.
