Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent for night shift at the Starlink production facility in Bastrop, TX. You will lead safety, logistics, and multi-trade coordination to execute new construction and renovations.

You will oversee contractors, support project managers, and ensure quality control and compliance across night operations with readiness to hand off to the day team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• 2+ years of experience leading coordination of multiple trades on site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce a safe working environment on site for all personnel.
• Maintain control over contractor and company personnel during high hazard night operations.
• Develop strategies to minimize health and safety hazards in darkness, heat, rain or cold.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping around the project site.
• Manage site logistics: nighttime deliveries, offloading, inventory, storage, and staging of materials.
• Enforce safe and efficient movement throughout the project site and laydown yard.
• Coordinate and resolve field conflicts between contractors and internal partners.
• Maintain a nightly log and report to management as necessary.
• Provide QC inspections for overnight tasks and readiness to support day shift operations.
• Schedule and oversee third-party testing overnight and provide handoff to day shift.
