Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• 2+ years of experience leading the coordination of multiple trades on site.
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities projects to ensure vendors meet standards and deliver services, materials, and craftsmanship.
• Plan and direct construction activities for internal resources and subcontractors, leading coordination meetings between trades.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress and financial reports related to construction.
• Enforce contract expectations from subcontractors and communicate discrepancies.
• Approve work by subcontractors and manage related issues; authorize payments after inspection.
• Maintain a safe work site by enforcing OSHA requirements and other regulations.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors for warranty repairs and inspections.
• Develop and maintain rapport with subcontractors, operators, and inspectors; coordinate inspections with local officials.
• Create purchase orders to support timely execution, including rentals, materials, or labor.
