Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Starlink program to oversee maintenance of production equipment and lead a multi-skilled team. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage schedules in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop and maintain PM work plans, partner with engineers, build spare inventory, and supervise execution of maintenance work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in machining, maintenance, or production; OR 5+ years.
• Direct leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a multi-skilled team of technicians for Starlink equipment.
• Create and update PM work plans and maintenance schedules.
• Support engineers in determining corrective maintenance and dates.
• Partner with engineering to adopt new technologies for production.
• Build and manage spares inventory to support maintenance strategy.
• Supervise execution of maintenance work, including emergencies.
