Job summary

TW Constructors is seeking a Night Superintendent in Bridgeport, AL to lead trade partners, company labor, and joint venture labor. You will ensure safety, timely schedule delivery, and quality of work while managing budgets and project scope.

This role requires coordination with multiple teams and a strong safety record. The position offers a night shift with salary and per diem incentive, and opportunities for travel across nationwide projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction site management.
• Active jobsite experience and strong safety record.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, inspection reports.
• Significant knowledge of construction methods and permit processes
• Procore experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Influence, negotiate, and communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Read electrical diagrams/schematics and coordinate with design teams.
• Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets across multiple sites.
• Contribute to project scheduling and close-out processes.
• Monitor labor costs and equipment needs on site.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality control on all sites.
