Qualifications

• Meet all state requirements applicable for the Night Shift Concierge position.
• Experience in computer use and Word/Excel preferred.
• Support the Community Managers in day-to-day operations.
• Prior experience with customer service.
• Demonstrates a patient, creative attitude and ability to think outside the box.
• Communicates effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple work duties.
• Demonstrates teamwork and respect for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Maintains a positive attitude and handles high-pressure situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident emergency calls on-site.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Assist Community Managers in daily operations and cross-training.
• Answer phones, relay messages, and greet residents and visitors.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Adhere to Hawthorn policies and safety standards.
• Work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
