Qualifications

• One year of professional experience in console operations, peripheral equipment handling, and supporting staff in large scale computer system environments.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Department of Employment Security by performing production control procedures and monitoring outputs.
• Monitors and analyzes printouts and punchouts to ensure conformance to standards.
• Loads paper stock into mainframe printers and ensures proper printing of documents.
• Maintains printers, card readers and tape drives to prevent downtime.
• Assists with shift reports, logs, and equipment stocking and procurement.
