Qualifications

• Experience with Cold Heading machines.
• Ability to suggest tooling for new types of work.
• Experience with setting up and operating headers and related equipment.
• Ability to perform dimensional inspections and ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate solid and open die headers, including progressive headers and associated production equipment.
• Set up and operate thread rollers and related heading equipment.
• Inspect for defects and ensure proper material flow and timing.
• Maintain production integrity and controls.
