Job summary

Linked, LLC is seeking a hands-on cold forming/header operator for the 2nd shift (8:00 PM start). This on-site, full-time role includes training before you independently set up and operate the machines.

You will load materials, adjust settings, monitor production, and perform basic quality checks with standard measuring tools. The ideal candidate is reliable, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to learn new skills in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cold forming/header machines with training.
• Learn to perform machine setups independently.
• Load and feed material and adjust machine settings and tooling.
• Monitor machines and troubleshoot issues during production.
• Make adjustments to keep machines running and parts within specs.
• Perform basic quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Read and understand part prints, tool layouts, and progression sheets.
• Document quality measurements and production information.
• Assist with tooling changes, repairs, and maintenance.
• Use forklifts, cranes, and other material-handling equipment as needed.
• Keep the work area safe, clean, and organized.
