Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Coating Team Manager for the night shift in Painesville, Ohio. You will lead a team of 15-20 hourly workers, ensuring safety, quality, service, and cost targets are met on a rotating 12-hour schedule from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising teams and coaching.
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production and performance metrics on the night shift.
• Lead, coach, and develop 15-20 hourly team members; set development plans.
• Facilitate Tier I reviews, update visual metrics, drive daily actions for safety, cost, losses and productivity.
• Drive proactive safety culture through audits, near-miss investigations, and coaching for compliance.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality and Process Engineering while maintaining 5S and housekeeping.
