Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation in Mill Hall, PA, seeks a Team Manager to lead our 11PM-7AM manufacturing team and coordinate production objectives with a focus on quality, safety and efficiency. You’ll mentor Shift Leaders and ensure smooth operations across the shift.

The role requires supervising operators, optimizing capacity, reducing waste, and collaborating with other functions to implement improvements and uphold standard procedures and audits. Benefits start from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing programs and ISO standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise production employees, adjust schedules to meet conditions and optimize capacity.
• Lead 5S, housekeeping and waste reduction initiatives; ensure SOPs are followed.
• Coach, mentor and develop Shift Leaders and hourly staff.
• Support safety initiatives, audits and continuous improvement across the line.
• Maintain timekeeping, overtime and vacation records; manage staffing and training.
