Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
• Digital fluency: able to use computer applications for data entry and production tracking.
• Physical ability: stand/walk up to 80%, lift up to 50 lbs, bend/reach/squat.
• Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and change over coating machinery, monitors, and winding consoles.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs to reduce downtime.
• Follow SOPs and use precision tools to conduct quality inspections.
• Read gauges/meters and adjust temperatures and pressures for optimal flow.
• Maintain accurate digital logs and support a Team Before Self culture.
