Responsibilities

• Responsibilities are subject to change based on shifting business needs.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate machines used in production processes.
• Work from verbal or written instructions through SOPs or work instructions.
• Inspect machining operations and finished products against tolerances using precision measuring tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Set up and operate a CNC production machine.
• Use computer-controlled equipment to operate laser cutting machines for metal sheet stack forging.
• Control and adjust machine settings to complete routine tasks per specifications.
• Inspect material and products to strict quality standards and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with engineers and support staff on R&D projects and process improvements.
• This role requires 5 days onsite per week.
