Job summary

CTC is seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Lake Forest, CA. The role focuses on operating various industrial equipment to produce components, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will perform machine set-ups, assist with tooling changes, and monitor output for consistency. Qualified candidates have at least 6 months in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to read English instructions.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a high pace manufacturing environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Initiative and proactive behavior in work environment.
• Ability to work more than 8-hours a day, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 40lbs occasionally throughout shift.
• Stand consistently for 8-10+ hours per day.
