Qualifications

• At least 3 years in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• 3 years repairing and rebuilding NC machines and CNC controls.
• Knowledge of electrical motors.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and laser equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical components and drive systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Experience with Acromatic 950, Fanuc 15i/30i, Haas and Siemens 840D controls.
• Troubleshoot to component level.
• Dismantle equipment to the origin point of issue.
• Inspect and measure parts to detect wear and misalignment.
• Analyze the situation before starting the job.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times.
