Job summary

PrecisionX Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will participate in preventive maintenance programs and perform mechanical duties across production lines, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, plus the ability to read blueprints and work with maintenance teams during OT shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years mechanical trade experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude involving electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Must be safety‑conscious, able to follow procedures and work with precision.
• Ability to interpret instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Equipment maintenance and repair as per drawings and specifications.
• Dismantle, relocate, weld, repair, and install production equipment such as shafts, gears, pulleys, conveyors, and presses.
• Troubleshoot, disassemble, reassemble, overhaul, and replace worn parts; work with electricians on projects.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install equipment using blueprints and drawings; support ongoing plant maintenance projects.
