Eaton is seeking a Machine Operator I for the 3rd shift at its Beltsville, MD facility. You will operate CNC mills, inspect parts, and follow drawings and process specs to ensure quality and throughput.

The role emphasizes 5S+, safety gear, and the ability to stand 8–12 hours with lifting up to 35 lbs. Experience in manufacturing or CNC training is preferred, with ITAR compliance required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in manufacturing or CNC training.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• ITAR: US person required.
• Within 50-mile radius of Beltsville, MD.

Responsabilidades

• Operate multiple CNC mills and inspect finished parts.
• Load/unload and perform tool changes.
• Deburr parts per drawings.
• Identify inserts, cutters and tooling.
• Maintain 5S+ and clean work area.
• Perform in-process checks and adjust offsets.
• Interpret drawings and specs.
• Train other operators and support cells.
