Job summary

Eaton's IS AER FED division in Beltsville, MD is seeking a Coupling Operator for the 3rd shift (11 pm–7 am, Monday–Friday). The role includes operating the deburring cell, inspection equipment and bend press, with a $20/hour base rate plus a 10% shift premium.

Responsibilities include inspecting retainers, deburring, reaming holes, tumbling and polishing, bending raw material, and ensuring parts meet specifications. Candidates should have a HS diploma and manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent from accredited institution
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/visa support is offered
• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Beltsville, MD
• Access to export-controlled information requires U.S. person status

Responsibilities

• Inspect coupling retainers using inspection machines and document data.
• Deburr and remove rough edges with grinders and sanders.
• Ream holes in retainers and operate various automatic machines.
• Tumble and mechanically polish coupling retainers.
• Bend raw material using automatic machinery and verify specifications.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
