Job summary

Lionshead Precision Metals is seeking a CNC Mill Set-up and Operator for the night shift in Greenwood, Indiana. The role includes tooling setup, loading, touch-offs, offsets, and running parts with supervisory-free operation. The position pays $20.00–$27.00 per hour with a 10-hour shift and overtime potential.

We offer a brand-new facility and competitive benefits, including health plans and a 401(k). Applicants should be able to work 4:00 pm–2:30 am, Monday to Thursday, with overtime on Fridays

Qualifications

• Experience with tooling setup and load into CNC machines.
• Ability to touch off tooling and pick up work offsets.
• Familiarity with Okuma, Fanuc and Mitsubishi controllers.
• Able to operate with little to no supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tooling and load into machine.
• Determine workholding if not specified.
• Touch off tooling.
• Pick-up work offsets.
• Run part through and make adjustments as needed.
• Understand feeds and speeds and adjust if needed.
• Basic program editing skills.
• Use of inspection equipment.
• Work with little to no supervision.
